Jungle Tux started in our home with four rescue tuxedo cats, a lot of playtime, and one simple idea: cat toys could feel a little more special.
What began as something we made for our own cats became a handmade brand inspired by the chaos, sweetness, and second chances that May, Neffie, Louie, and Tango brought into our home. Each came to us with their own story, personality, hiding spots, dramatic routines, and very specific opinions about playtime.
They taught us something simple: tuxedo cats may look polished, buttoned-up, and impossibly cute, but underneath the formalwear, they are still little hunters. They want to stalk, chase, pounce, wrestle, sprint, climb, chew, hide, ambush — and then retire to the catio like tiny royalty.
That contrast is where Jungle Tux began: formalwear on the outside, jungle instincts underneath. We make cat wands that are beautiful enough to live in your home, strong enough for real play, and made with materials we feel good about.
